基于GIS的光纤网络资源管理与优化系统

文章从光纤网络资源的特点和资源管理中存在的问题出发并结合GIS技术的特点,阐述了把GIS系统引入到光纤网络资源管理中的必要性和利用GIS技术管理光纤资源的方法。基于GIS的光纤网络资源管理和优化系统是在GIS地理信息系统的平台上经过二次开发完成的。系统将基于电信网的概念模型和管理规范制定资源管理构架,以电信光纤网络管理为核心,运用先进的计算机手段,实现从工程规划设计到资源管理的全面图形化、可视化管理,并提供多层面的网络性能分析与优化手段。该系统成功地将空间数据存放于Oracle数据库中,完美地解决了空间数据与属性数据的一体化存储与管理的问题。在文章中对光纤网络资源管理系统的开发提供了解决方案,并对其中的关键技术MapX和Oracle Spatial作了重点论述。

The GIS-based Optical Fiber Net Resource Management and Optimizing System

Based on the features of the Optical Fiber Net Resource and the problems of the resource management,and combining the characteristics of the GIS technology,this thesis illustrates the necessity of introducing the GIS to Optical Fiber Net Resourse Management and the methods of utilizing the GIS to manage Optical Fiber Resource.The GIS-based Optical Fiber Net Resource Management and Optimizing System is developed by using second development tools based on GIS.The system,which is on the core of telecom Optical Fiber Net Management,will establish the frame on the base of the concept of telecom network and the management rules,it will use advanced computer means to achieve the comprehensive graphic and visual management from program design to resourse management,and offer multi-layered means of analyzing and optimizing the performance of network.The system is able to successfully realize placing spacial data into Oracle Database,and perfectly resolve the integrative storage and management of spacial data and property data.Meanwhile,this thesis offers the solution of the development on Optical Fiber Net Resource Management system,and elaborates the key skills of MapX and Oracle Spatial.
