摘    要:研究15-5PH钢482~621℃时效处理时尺寸变化率,焊接系数和冷却介质对固溶和时效硬度的影响。482℃时效处理时尺寸变化率在万分之十一以内,焊接系数0.969,固溶处理后水冷、油冷、空冷3种处理方式中,水冷固溶状态的硬度最低而时效后的硬度最高,空冷固溶状态的硬度最高而时效后的硬度最低。

Abstract:Dimension change rate of 15-5PH maraging steel after ageing in the temperature range of 482-621 ℃ was investigated. Welding coefficient and the hardness of the steel after solid solution and ageing were also measured. The dimension change rate of the 482 ℃ aged specimen is less than 0.11% and the welding coefficient is more than 0.969. The hardness of solid solution by water cooling is the lowest,but the aged hardness is the highest,while the hardness of solid solution by air cooling is the highest, but the aged hardness is the lowest among the three solid solution cooling methods of water, oil and air.
