变工况下主汽轮机转子热弹耦合特性研究

摘    要:变工况情况下汽轮机转子与高温高压的蒸汽进行剧烈的热交换,主要研究此过程中的热弹耦合效应对转子系统固有频率及其转子系统稳定性的影响。对于热弹耦合又分别考虑了单向耦合和完全耦合两种情况,与无热条件的转子系统进行了对比分析。

Abstract:Strenuous heat transfer occurs between turbine rotor and stream with high temperature and pressure under variable conditions,this paper studies the influence of thermoelasticity on the rotor system natural frequency and stability of the rotor system.For the thermoelastic coupling two situations,sequential coupling and fully coupling are considered,compared with no heat conditions of the rotor system.
