摘    要:采用TCEP制备羊毛角蛋白溶液,并用羊毛角蛋白溶液整理棉织物。研究了角蛋白液吸附时间、体积分数、pH值及焙烘温度、时间对织物折皱回复角、白度、增重率和机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用角蛋白体积分数20%,两浸两轧,预烘100℃,2min;焙烘120℃,2min,可使棉织物的折皱回复性和白度明显提高,强力略有下降。根据...

Abstract:The cotton fabric was finished with wool keratin solution. Factors such as adsorption time, volume concentration and pH of keratin solution, and curing temperature, time affecting crease recovery angle, whiteness, weight add- on and mechanical properties of cotton fabric were studied. The results showed the crease recovery angle and whiteness of cotton treated with 20% (volume concentration) keratin solution, double-nip-double-dip, pre-cured at 100 ~C for 2 minutes and cured at 120 ~C for 2 minutes increased obviously, which were accompanied by a little decrease in strength. From SEM, there were distinctly different of surface characteristic between before and after coated. By XPS, nitrogen was captured in the surface of the finished cotton fabric.
