基于遗传算法优化的数控切割机伺服系统控制研究

摘    要:数控切割机伺服系统存在参数时变、负载扰动、电机非线性等特性,难以准确建模。针对该问题,提出基于遗传算法优化的模糊PID控制方法。该方法将遗传算法和模糊PID控制方法相结合,用遗传算法来优化模糊控制规则。将该方法应用于自主开发的数控切割机伺服系统的控制中,结果表明:采用该控制方法,系统具有良好的静、动态特性,切割质量显著提高。

Abstract:By taking into account parameters time-varying,load disturbance,motor nonlinearity and difficult to accurately model problems,the fuzzy PID control method was proposed based on genetic algorithm.In this method,genetic algorithm was combined with fuzzy PID control and genetic algorithm was used to optimize fuzzy reasoning rules.This method was used in self-developed CNC cutting machine servo control system.The result shows by using this control method,the system has good dynamic and static performance,and the cutting quality is improved obviously.
