摘    要:预应力混凝土管桩是一种新型的预制桩型。该桩力学性能比传统的混凝土桩要优越,正广泛地用于南方软弱土层工程中。本文根据现场施工资料,并采用非线性有限元基本原理,对管桩进行合理计算模型、模拟预应力混凝土管桩的桩侧土的传力机理,对影响承载性能的桩侧土体进行了详细的分析、计算和研究,为以后的建筑工程中采用此类管桩的运用提供参考依据。

Abstract:The prestressed concrete pipe pile is a new pile ty-pe. The pile mechanical properties than conventional concrete pile to be superior, are widely used in the soft soil engineering. According to the data of construction site, and the principle of nonlinear finite element, the pile reasonable modeling simula-tion, force transfer mechanism of prestressed concrete pipe pile, the soil factors measured bearing capacity of prestressed conc-rete pipe pile pile, is analyzed, calculated and studied in detail, for the later construction used in feasibility and economy of this kind of pipe to provide reference.
