基于CAN和以太网的煤矿安全语音系统

摘    要:针对现有煤矿语音通信系统的不足,设计了一种能够满足调度广播、区域广播、单点通信、井下局部通信、一键呼叫调度室或报警等多种通信模式的语音通信系统。该系统采用集成以太网MAC控制器和CAN控制器的STM32单片机作为主控芯片,采用AMBE1000语音编解码芯片,采用CAN和以太网相结合的通信模式。详细介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并通过实验证明了系统的声音强度、频率响应、声音失真度等性能指标均符合现场使用的要求。

Abstract:A voice communication system which can realize broadcast dispatching, domain dispatching, single-point com- munication, and coal-mine local communication is designed, aimming at resolving the disadvantage of normal coal-mine voice communication system. The system can also support multiple communication modes such as one key call control center and alarm. Ethernet MAC controller and CAN controller STM32 chip is employed as the main controller chip, AMBE1000 chip as voice decoding chip. Combination communication modes of CAN and Ethernet is realized in the system. The design of the hardware and software of the system is detailed and its intensity of sound, frequency response and distortion factor all can meet the requirements of the the coalmine field is proved through experiment.
