| 摘 要： | 房地产业是伊宁市经济发展的重要支柱产业，伊宁市房地产业发展过程中出现了一些新情况和新问题。本文对伊宁市2003～2009房地产市场发展现状进行了回顾和总结，并提出了促进伊宁市房地产市场健康发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The real estate industry is an important pil ar ind-ustry for the economy development of Yining city. There are some new situations and new problems in the economic dev-elopment process of real estate industry in Yining city. In this article, the author reviews and summaries the development st-atus of real estate market from feature of 2003 to 2009, and pu-ts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of city real estate market. |
