As the highest standards of behavior of building co-ntractor in the construction process, the contract＇s importance is self-evident. This paper first explains the connotation of en-gineering cost, then analyzes the importance of the contract m-anagement in project cost control, proposes suggestions stren-gthening project cost control contract management, hoping to play a valuable role.
