建设项目工程造价全过程管理问题研究

建设项目的整体实施过程中，能否高效地利用建设工程所投入的人力、财力与物力，尽最大程度降低劳力与物资的消耗，直接决定着建设项目是否可以实现经济效益与社会效益的最大化。本文笔者结合自身工作实际，就工程造价全过程管理中存在的问题进行了分析。

Research on Project Cost Management of Whole Process in the Construction

In the whole construction project implementation process, can efficiently use the construction investment of hu-man, financial and material resources, to the extent reduce the labor and material consumption, directly determines whether the construction project can realize the maximization of eco-nomic benefit and social benefit. In this paper, the author co-mbined with own actual works, analyzes issues in the project cost management of whole process.
