基于UG7.0的减速箱设计和运动仿真

摘    要:介绍了应用UG7.0软件完成减速箱零部件的三维设计、组装、总装和运动仿真。应用UG软件的建模功能完成了减速箱各主要组成部件,包括上下箱体、低速轴、齿轮轴、斜齿轮、滚动轴承和滚动轴承盖的实体设计,以检验零部件外形和尺寸的合理性;应用UG软件的装配功能完成了减速箱低速轴组装、高速轴组装以及总装,通过虚拟装配检验减速箱各组成部分的结构设计是否合理;应用UG的运动仿真功能完成了减速箱的运动仿真,并检验减速箱运动件之间是否存在干涉。

Abstract:Introduced how to apply UG7.0 to complete reducer casing pieces 3D design,assembly and movement simulation software.Completed physical design of reducer casing main pieces like up and down box bodies,low speed axle,high speed axle,big gear,bears and bears covers,also including reasonability of shape and size of pieces.Structure of Each component is tested for ensuring it is reasonable or not by virtual assembly inspection reducer casing,completed motion simulation of the reducer casing by using motion simulation function of UG to test whether there was interference between moving parts.
