摘    要:曲轴是钻井泵传动系统的关键部件,在主轴颈和曲柄颈的过渡圆弧处易出现应力集中,影响曲轴的使用寿命。本文介绍了一种普通车床滚压钻井泵曲轴过渡圆弧的方法,重点讨论专用偏心夹具的设计和工作原理,详细分析了定位精度;并提出为降低表面粗糙度,提高工件的表面硬度、耐磨性和抗疲劳强度,曲轴主轴颈和曲柄颈各过渡圆弧采用滚压加工代替曲轴磨床的方案;最后分析了普通车床滚压曲轴的特点。

Abstract:The crankshaft is the key component of drilling pump, the stress concentration phenomenon always appears on the transition arc between the main journal and the crank journal, this phenomenon affects the life of pump greatly. In this paper, the method for the machining of the drilling pump crank on conventional lathe was introduced. The design and principle for the eccentric clamp is discussed, and the positioning accuracy was analyzed in detail. After that, in order to enhance the skin hardness, the wear resistance and the anti--fatigue strength of the work piece at the same time reduce the surface roughness, the transition arc between the main journal and the crank journal was manufactured using the roiling process to replace the crankshaft grinding. Finally, the characteristics of rolling the crank on the conventional lathe were analyzed.
