双低油菜品系含油量与ACL酶活性的相关性分析

摘    要:以不同含油量双低油菜品系为材料,测定了发育种子中ATP-柠檬酸裂解酶(ACL)活性及脂肪酸含量的动态变化,分析了ACL酶活性与含油量、脂肪酸含量之间的关系。结果表明:授粉后32d和39d酶活性与含油量都呈显著正相关,说明ACL酶活性对含油量有重要影响;ACL酶活性峰值与成熟种子油酸含量也呈现显著正相关,说明ACL酶活性高可能增加菜籽中油酸含量。

Correlation between ATP - citrate lyase activity and seed oil content of canola lines

Abstract:Canola lines with different seed oil content were used to evaluate dynamics of ATP- citrate lyase (ACL) activity and fatty acids content in developing seeds, and to analyze the relationships among the ACL activity, seed oil content and fatty acids content. Results showed significant positive correlations between ACL activity and oil content at 32 and 39 days after pollination in immature seeds, indicating that ACL activity played a very important role in lipids accumulation. Peak value of ACL activity also had significant positive eorrelation with oleie acid (C18:1 ) content in mature seeds,indieating that the higher oleie acid content in rapeseed seeds could be resulted from higher ACL activity.
