声波降粘防蜡配套技术

摘    要:声波降粘防蜡配套技术,是利用机械声波装置振动波场的作用,使进入油管原油减缓蜡晶析出的速度,从而减少油井的热洗次数,有效延长油井的热洗周期。目前已通过室内实验得出声波降粘防蜡装置在不同排量下的频率、振幅、波长的范围值,以及通过对原油进行高频振动,检测原油经过声波降粘防蜡装置处理后,其粘度及压差的变化等。并且建立了频率、粘度及压差三者之间的关系式,同时对声波降粘防蜡配套技术的现场应用效果进行了分析,经济效益和社会效益十分明显。

Abstract:The sonic wave producing mechanism is adopted to harness the wave field to control the crystallization of wax that contains in the crude oil pumped into the tubing. Hence the hot water cleanup cycle of oil wells could be extended effectively and the frequency of oil well cleanup could be reduced. Hitherto, through experiments, we know the different range of wave frequency, wave amplitude and wave length at different producing rate. Furthermore, in the experiment when crude oil passes through the sonic wave producing mechanism which can cause high frequency vibration , we observe the variation of oil viscosity and the pressure drop etc. After that a mathematical equation is formed related to the wave frequency, oil viscosity and the pressure drop. At last we e-valuated the effect after the sonic wave producing mechanism and series corollary equipment were applied in the oil field. The economic benefit of using sonic wave producing mechanism and series corollary equipment is remarkable.
