摘    要:赵山渡引水工程以供水、灌溉为主,兼顾发电、防洪综合利用.针对赵山渡水力发电厂的控制系统陈旧、老化,安全系数不高和技术不先进等现象,提出从计算机监控系统、电气保护系统、排水控制系统以及35kV开关柜设计等方面进行综合改造的方案,以期提高电气设备系统的技术水平,在实现安全、可靠运行的同时,实现社会、经济效益的最大化.

Abstract:Zhaoshandu Water Diversion Project aims at water supply,irrigation,electricity generation and flood control. Due to the technology development,more and more high-tech equipments are applied to hydraulic power plant to ensure safe operation. The transformation on electrical equipment system of Zhaoshandu Hydropower Plant is analyzed in this paper,covering the computer monitoring system,electric control system,drainage system and 35 kV switch cabinet,which is believed to guarantee the safe operation and maximum benefits.
