| 摘 要： | 循环冷却水系统是电厂的主要组成部分,包括取水部分设备、管道、凝汽器设备等。不锈钢是该水冷系统中常用的金属材料,在工况条件下的腐蚀原因较多。本文从点蚀、晶间腐蚀、微生物腐蚀等几个方面入手,分析了腐蚀机制及防护措施,以及水冷系统防腐工作的相关注意事项。

| Abstract: | The cycle cooling system was one of the major components in power plants,including some taking water equipments,piping,and condenser equipment.Stainless steel was commonly used in the cooling system metals,and was caused corrosion in the working conditions with many reasons.The corrosion mechanism and protection measures,as well as work-related considerations about cooling system corrosion,were analyzed from the pitting,intergranular corrosion,and microbial corrosion aspects. |
