LED照明灯具散热器结构优化设计

摘    要:结温是大功率LED照明灯热特性的重要指标,对LED性能有着严重影响,直接影响灯具使用寿命。本文分别对矩形散热器和圆形散热器的结构进行研究,影响散热的因素除LEDp-n结本身特性之外,散热器结构也是其中之一。研究工作采用流体传热计算机模拟方法,计算不同散热器参数条件下的灯具结温,并对这些因素深入研究,得到散热器设计的一些规律,并通过几款灯具进行了验证。

Abstract:Junction temperature is an important indicator of thermal performance of high-power LED light, which can predominantly determine the service life of LED light. By discussing the structure of rectangular radiator and circular radiator, it can be easily understood that the main factors affecting heat dissipation are radiator structures besides LED p-n junction characteristics. Computer simulation approach was used in the research to get LED junction temperatures in different parameters of radiators, thus summarizing the radiator design rules. Some cases of real LED lights were used to verify the simulated results.
