摘    要:医疗垃圾含有大量的病毒、细菌及化学药剂,是一种对环境危害极大的危险废物;而且目前国内医疗垃圾焚烧系统的自动化程度不高,垃圾处理水平与国外仍有很大差距。故本文就此分析系统中的医疗垃圾焚烧炉的工作过程,采用一种基于神经网络控制理论的温度控制方法,旨在开发出一种安全、有效可行的智能控制方案,不仅提高我国的医疗垃圾焚烧系统的自动化水平,而且满足国内城市医疗垃圾集中处理的需要。我们对此进行仿真实验,实验证明这种建立于神经网络模型上的控制手段可以适应于复杂的工业控制领域。

Abstract:Medical garbage contains a mass of virus, bacteria and chemical medicament , and it is very dangerous to environment. Moreover, it still is slow about automation of our domestic medical garbage combustion system compared with foreign combustion system. So, a method is used to analyze the garbage combustion process and a temperature control model is built based on neural network method in order to research a safe, valid intelligent control scheme and meet the requirement of domestic medical garbage treatment. Though simulation test, it indicates that this neural network method can be applied in complex industrial control field.
