摘    要:基于三维有限元数值模拟分析,确定了直齿圆柱齿轮精锻新工艺成形的最佳方案,并设计了可同时实现预锻分流区一分流终锻新工艺和传统闭式镦挤工艺的实验模具。

Abstract:Through on the basis of a three-dimensional FEM simulation of forging the spur gear from a hollow billet which is performed by changing the geometry dimension of the die, a new optimize design of precision technique to form the spur gear is introduced in this paper. And then, a combined multifunctional die is designed based on the simulation results. By exchanging the parts, the new technique and the traditional one to forming spur gear can be easily performed from both hollow billet and solid billet.
