摘    要:某厂提供给电厂的12Cr2Mo钢管管道在现场安装过程中,发现钢管内表面存在严重的横向裂缝,经调查,该批钢管的横向裂缝有一定的普遍性。对钢管裂缝的形成原因进行了调研与分析,并为今后避免产生此类缺陷,提出了对该规格的钢管,采取钢锭直接轧制的生产方法,并且建议钢管制造企业对高压锅炉管横向缺陷和纵向缺陷的检验都应进行检验。

Abstract:During field installation, the 12Cr2Mo steel pipes provided by a plant were found to have transverse cracks on the inner surface of them. Investigation tells us such kind of cracks exist commonly in these steel pipes. We examined and analyzed these cracks and for the purpose of avoiding them in the future, proposed that the method of direct rolling should be adopted for the pipes of this specification, and suggested pipe manufactures should perform ultrasonic inspection for both transverse and longitudinal defects, in HP boiler pipes.
