从两种检测方法的检验结果看无损检测工艺编制的重要性

编制无损检测工艺的目的是检测结果可靠性的重要保证。检测的闸板的基体由1Cr13钢和表面喷焊高CrNi合金两种材料组成，当分别用磁力检测和渗透检测两种检测工艺进行检测时，评定结果截然不同。原因是两种检测方法所适用的检测对象有所差异。因此当对新工件进行表面检测时，应对该工件的生产过程进行详细了解，由于工件的材质、形状、尺寸及表面状态对操作方法的影响，建议使用两种表面方法，互相比对，以制定出正确的检测工艺。
