| 摘 要： | 设计了一种设置有微型电动机的新型自动连续变角超声波探头，在进行钢板对接焊缝探伤时，能在微型电动机驱动下连续改变探头K值，使探头在焊缝边一个合适的位置不动，便能完成对该位置所对应焊缝截面的扫查，然后沿该焊缝适合的位置直线移动探头，便可完成对该整条焊缝所有截面的扫查（即粗探）。

| Abstract: | A new kind of industry ultrasonic probe, whose reflecting angle can be modified automatically and continuously, is proposed, and it is equipped with a micromotor. It can fulfill the cross sectional scanning to steel butt-joint welding seam detection in the good place by modifying the value K of probe and the value K of probe is changed by the micromotor driving. And the probe is moved along the straight line in good welding seam place, the whole welding seam can be scanned perfectly（ namely coarse detection）. |
