摘    要:球形储罐是储存各种气体和液化气体的常用压力容器之一,在石油、化工、冶金和城市燃气供应等方面得到广泛使用。针对球形储罐在制造、安装和使用过程中可能出现的表面缺陷,磁粉检测是重要的检测方法之一。介绍了球形储罐的实际缺陷分布状态,针对不同部位的实际缺陷,介绍了采用的相应磁粉检测方法。详细介绍了磁粉检测的各个操作步骤和要点,并初步介绍了磁痕的显示特点,以及对缺陷的后处理方法。对球形储罐的磁粉检测具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Spherical tank was one of the most widely used pressure vessels for storing gas and liquefied gas, and was extensively used in petroleum, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry and city gas supply field. For the surface defect inspection during the tank manufacture, installation and in-service period, magnetic particle testing was an important inspection method. Introduced the actual defect distribution of the spherical tank, for actual defects located at different parts, the corresponding inspection methods were introduced. Magnetic particle testing steps and elements were described in detail, and testing traces of the magnetic particle characteristics, as well as defects in the post-processhng methods were introduced. It was helpful for the magnetic particle testing of spherical tank.
