摘    要:通过对轧辊表面缺陷的各种无损检测研究,掌握了一套轧辊表面缺陷的超声表面波检测技术。该技术包括对其检测、定位及一些影响因素的消除,可对缺陷快速准确定位,有效解决了现场新材质高速钢轧辊表面缺陷开口支撑辊表面疲劳裂纹等各种材质的表面缺陷检测难题。

Ultrasonic Surface Wave Testing of Roll Surface Defect in Hot Strip

Abstract:To judge and analyze qualitatively the defect of surface and subsurface, through the deep study of NDT to the surface defect of roll, we get the measurement technology of surface acoustic wave on surface defect. Used in practice, it can locate the defect rapidly and accurately. It effectively solve the difficult problem of surface defect on the high-speed steel roll made by new material and surface fatigue cracks on backup roll. It plays a very important promotional part on practice application.
