摘    要:针对常规涡流检测技术不能实现全面快速检测在役换热器管的现状,提出了换热器管超声导波检测技术,并根据换热器管特点设计了专用的导波探头。在实际检测中将导波检测结果同涡流检测结果进行对比,验证了该种方法可以实现快速、有效的全面检测电站常用换热器管。

Abstract:For conventional eddy current test can't examine heat exchanger pipes roundly and fleetly, a new method of ultrasonic guided wave detection technology was put forward. Special guided wave probe was designed according to characteristics of heat exchanger pipes. Comparaison results of the two technologies used in practical test showed their good confirrnation. At the same time, special advantages of guided wave detection technology were shown.
