Fe-P非晶态合金电镀层性能研究

摘    要:在以氯化亚铁和次磷酸钠为主盐的电解液中获得了含P量Wp=10%~14%的Fe-P非晶态合金镀层。测量了镀层的差热分析曲线和经过不同热处理后镀层的显微硬度,据此分析了加热对镀层结构的影响。直流电镀所得Fe-P非晶合金镀层很脆,使用交直流迭加电流进行电镀可以使镀层脆性大大减小。

Abstract:Amorphous Fe-P alloy films were electrodeposited in bath containing FeCl2 and NaH2PO2. The differential thermal analysis curves of the films and microhardness of the films afer heat treatment were measured. Electrodeposited amorphous Fe-P alloy films by direct current are extremely brittle. The amorphous Fe-P alloy films with significantly enhanced ductility can be obtained by asymmetrical alternating current.
