| 摘 要： | 为了能用线切割机床精确的加工出齿轮的过渡曲线,在对齿条形刀具加工得出的齿轮轮廓形成过程研究的基础上,提出了利用齿轮的过渡曲线与延伸渐开线互为等距线且具有相同转角的几何关系,通过把过渡曲线的逼近误差转换成延伸渐开线的逼近误差来求过渡曲线的转角值,经过相关计算,可以求出过渡曲线的节点坐标。通过对逼近精度分析,证明了节点满足逼近误差的要求。

| Abstract: | In order to process the transition curve of gear accurately with WEDM,on the basis of the research for the formation of gear profile processed by rack-shaped cutter,the node of the transition curve can be obtained through the relevant calculation,the calculation is realized by geometric relationship of equidistant curve and the same pivot angle between transition curve and prolate involute. Through the analysis of approximation accuracy,proves that approaching segment meet the requirements of approaching error. |
