摘    要:为提高城市生活垃圾焚烧底渣的再生利用价值,以0.18mm通过率和比表面积作为控制指标进行了不同转速、球磨时间的垃圾焚烧底渣球磨对比试验,并采用不同比表面积的底渣再生微粉内掺替代水泥进行胶砂强度试验。结果表明,垃圾焚烧底渣材质较轻且易于研磨,再生微粉的细度容易达到并远大于水泥的细度;在一定范围内提高转速,可提高再生微粉0.18mm通过率和比表面积,有效缩短研磨时间;垃圾焚烧底渣再生微粉具有与水泥类似的化学成分及凝胶活性,最大强度活性指数约为57%;细度对再生微粉的胶砂强度影响较为显著,随微粉细度增加,再生微粉胶砂强度总体上呈现先增加后减小的变化趋势;再生微粉对胶砂早期强度影响较小,但会导致胶砂强度增长速度明显变缓。

Abstract:In order to improve the recycling value of waste incinerator residues, the comparison test of waste incineration bottom slag ball mill with different rotational speed and ball milling time was carried out by using the control index of 0.18 mm passing rate and specific surface area, and the cement strength test was carried out with different specific surface area of regenerated powder of bottom slag instead of cement. The results show that the waste incinerator residue is lighter and easier to grind, the fineness of regenerated powder is easy to reach and much larger than that of cement. Increasing the grinding speed in a certain range can improve the 0.18 mm passing rate and specific surface area of the regenerated powder, and effectively shorten the grinding time. The regenerated powder of waste incinerator residues has similar chemical composition and gel activity to cement, and the maximum strength activity index is about 57%. The fineness has a significant effect on the mortar strength of regenerated powder which generally shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of fineness. The regenerated powder has little effect on the early mortar strength, but will slow down the growth rate of mortar strength obviously.
