摘    要:城市负载一般采用380V交流电能供电,由于负载元件的多样性和非线性,工作过程中会消耗较多的无功功率,且其随机无序行为极易导致三相电网不平衡运行,引入STATCOM补偿低压配网负载消耗的无功功率。为实现低压电网平衡运行,引入信号延时法分离正序和负序分量,采用基于前馈解耦的分序控制策略改善STATCOM补偿控制性能,提高装置的补偿能力和系统工作性能。在MATLAB建模环境下对低压STATCOM补偿策略进行仿真分析,结果说明改进补偿策略提高了STATCOM补偿实时性和精确性,可实现城市380V电网的无功和不平衡补偿。

Abstract:Cities’loads generally uses 380V AC power supply. Due to the diversity and nonlinear of load component, its work will consume more reactive power, and the stochastic chaotic behavior easily leads to unbalanced operation of three-phase grid, so STATCOM is introduced to compensate reactive power consumption of low voltage distribution network load. To achieve balance operation of the low voltage power grid, signal delay method is introduced to separate positive sequence and negative sequence component and this paper presents dividing-sequence control strategy based on feed-forward decoupling to improve STATCOM compensation control performance with its good compensation capability and system performance. The compensation strategy of low voltage STATCOM is simulated and analyzed in MATLAB modeling environment, and the results show that the improved compensation strategy enhances real-time and accuracy of STATCOM compensation, which can realize the citys’380V power grid reactive power and unbalanced compensation.
