GIS高压电力设备的超声波自动损伤检测装置关键技术研究

摘    要:为了提高GIS高压电力设备的超声波自动检测性能,并将自动检测技术应用在GIS高压电力设备工程智能巡检机器人中,提出一种基于超声波的GIS高压电力设备自动探伤、无损传输的检测方法。根据超声波的声场特性,采用波型转换方法对GIS高压电力设备损伤部位进行电流分布状态特征分析,同时对GIS高压电力设备损伤部位进行介质阻抗特征分析,计算超声场中的声压和能量特性,遵循Snell(斯涅尔)定律计算GIS高压电力设备损伤的振动分量,对振动分量进行放电频率特征测试,实现GIS高压电力设备的超声波自动探伤检测。最后通过检测算法,设计了检测装置的硬件模块和软件模块。实验表明,设计的GIS高压电力设备超声波自动探伤检测装置具有很好的超声波自动探伤检测性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the ultrasonic automatic detection performance of GIS high-voltage power equipment and apply the automatic detection technology in the GIS high-voltage power equipment engineering intelligent inspection robot, this paper presents a detection method for automatic flaw detection and lossless transmission of GIS high-voltage power equipment based on ultrasound. According to the sound field characteristics of ultrasonic waves, the current distribution state characteristics of the damaged parts of GIS high-voltage power equipment are analyzed by using the wave type conversion method, and the impedance characteristics of the GIS high-voltage power equipment are analyzed at the same time. Then calculates the sound pressure and energy characteristics in the ultrasonic field, follow the Snell's law to calculate the vibration component of the GIS high-voltage power equipment damage, and tests the discharge frequency characteristics of the vibration component to realize the ultrasonic automatic flaw detection and detection of the GIS high-voltage power equipment. Finally, through the detection algorithm, the hardware module and software module of the detection device are designed. Experiments show that the designed GIS high-voltage power equipment ultrasonic automatic detection device has superior ultrasonic detection performance.
