摘    要:机械式超声波混合器作为一种先进、高效的混合均化设备可有效减弱混合物料分子间的结合力,从而大幅提高制备产品的稳定性和精细化程度。本文对这种混合器开展相关研究,针对其中包含的共振劈结构进行优化设计。通过ANSYS Workbench软件仿真分析了6组不同宽度及厚度尺寸的共振劈所具有的固有频率,找到了其中的最佳解,从而优化了共振劈的结构,为进一步研发高性能机械式超声波混合器积累了技术储备。

Abstract:Mechanical ultrasonic mixer is a kind of advanced and efficient hybrid homogenizing equipment that weakens the bonding force between the molecules of material effectively so that it can improve the stability and refinement of the preparation products greatly.This paper finishes some related researches of the mixers and aims at the optimized design of vibrator structure.To find the best solution for the structure of mixer's vibrator,a professional soft named ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the natural frequency of six vibrators with different sizes of width and thickness under the same conditions. By means of this result,it is possible to develop the better mechanical ultrasonic mixer in the future.
