高延性铁尾矿砂再生混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘    要:为了研究铁尾矿砂对高延性再生混凝土力学性能的影响,对12组108个再生粗骨料替代率为30%和50%的铁尾矿砂高延性再生混凝土进行试验研究,分析了不同铁尾矿砂掺量对再生混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响。结果表明,再生混凝土中掺入定量的PVA纤维后,再生粗骨料替代率为30%和50%的两种再生混凝土的力学性能随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加均呈现先增长后下降的趋势,其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度及抗折强度基本呈正相关,并在铁尾矿砂掺量30%时达到峰值;当铁尾矿砂掺量相同时,再生骨料替代率越大其抗压强度越小;掺30%铁尾矿砂、再生骨料替代率30%的再生混凝土劈裂抗拉强度达到最大值;铁尾矿砂掺量30%时,再生骨料替代率30%和50%再生混凝土的抗折强度近似呈线性减小。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of iron tailings on the mechanical properties of high ductility recycled concrete,108 recycled high ductility recycled concrete with 30% and 50% recycled coarse aggregate in 12 groups were tested and studied.The influence of different amount of iron tailings on compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete was analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of recycled concrete with recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate of 30% and 50% increase first and then decrease with the increase of iron tailings sand content.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete are positively correlated,and reach the peak at 30% iron tailings sand content.When the amount of recycled aggregate is equal,the greater the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the smaller the compressive strength,and when the content of iron tailing sand is 30%,the splitting tensile strength of recycled concrete with 30% replacement ratio of recycled aggregate reaches the peak.When iron tailings sand content is 30%,the flexural strength of recycled concrete with recycled aggregate replacement rate of 30% and 50% decreases approximately linearly.
