小区开放度对道路通行能力的影响研究

目前随着国务院发布有关文件,强调已建成的住宅小区和单位大院要逐步开放的意见,引发了大家广泛的关注和讨论。本文主要从行驶时间、交通流、交叉口延误和道路饱和度四个指标研究小区开放对道路影响,借助MATLAB、VISUAL、EXCEL软件,运用因子分析法、主成分分析法、线性回归、神经网络等一系列方法,建立相应的数学模型成功求解了小区开放及不同小区开放前后对道路的影响。

The Study on the Degree of Community Opening to the Road Capacity

At present, with the issuance of relevant documents by the State Council, it is emphasized that the idea of gradual opening of built residential quarters and unit courtyards has aroused widespread concern and discussion. This article researches on the influence of the opening of the community on the road, mainly from the influence of travel time, traffic flow, road intersection delay and saturation of four indicators of community open on the road, with the help of MATLAB, VISUAL, EXCEL software, using the factor analysis method, principal component analysis, linear regression, neural network and a series of methods. It has successfully established the corresponding mathematical model to solve the impact of the degree of community opening to road capacity and different communities on the road before and after the opening of the community.
