| 摘 要： | 以欧洲与日本的先进模具制造技术为基础,通过调查和比较国内外现有的模具结构和技术规格,基于解预制厂当前预制混凝土箱涵模具产品的使用情况,经过不断改进完善,研发了一款精度、稳定性及效率相对较好的预制混凝土箱涵模具。本文介绍了该款模具的主要结构特点,创新点及关键技术指标。

| Abstract: | Based on the advanced mould manufacturing technology in Europe and Japan,the existing mould structures and technical specifications at home and abroad were investigated and compared by the current use of prefabricated concrete box culvert mould products in prefabrication factories.Through continuous improvement and improvement,a high precision,high stability and high efficiency prefabricated concrete box culvert mould was developed.The main structure characteristics,innovation points and key technical indicators of the mould are introduced. |
