立体车库搬运器与防火卷帘防撞控制系统设计

摘    要:由于消防需要,平面移动类立体车库都要安装防火卷帘门,防火卷帘门的控制系统与立体车库的控制系统是相互独立的,若防火卷帘门被误操作落下可能会与正在运行的搬运器发生碰撞,造成安全事故。本文设置了检测单元检测防火卷帘门的状态,并结合搬运器与防火卷帘门的距离来控制搬运器的运行,防止搬运器与防火卷帘门相撞,控制系统安全可靠。

Abstract:Most of plane moving stereo garage needs to install fire rolling shutter owing to the fire requirement. Fire rolling shutter control system and stereo garage control system are independent of each other. If the fire rolling shutter is operated by mistake, the running transport apparatus may run into the running fire rolling shutter, and cause serious damaged. This paper designes the detection device to detect the state of fire rolling shutter, and combines with the distance between the transport apparatus and fire rolling shutter to prevent the collision. This anti-collision control system has the characteristic of reliability and safety.
