运用心理学相关知识,对高职院校学术科研型教师成才的特点和内因进行了初步探讨,认为学术科研型教师是高职院校中的一支核心力量,充分认识其成才的内因,遵循其成才的内在规律,对促进其健康成长具有重要意义;同时对高职院校的科研队伍建设方面提出了一些建议。

Discussion on the Internal Causes of the Science-and-Research Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the relevant psychological knowledge,a brief discussion is made on the characteristics and the internal causes of how the science-and-research teachers are developed in the higher vocational collges.It is stated that the academic science-and-research teachers are a core strength in the higher vocational colleges.It is of important significance in realizing the internal causes,following the internal rule and promoting the healthy growth of the science-and-reserach teachers in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,this paper also makes some suggestions on constructing the team of science-and-research teachers in the higher vocational colleges.
