复杂薄壁壳体淬火过程的数值模拟

摘    要:采用ANSYS有限元软件对复杂薄壁壳体淬火过程温度场和应力场进行了数值计算,将通过有限元法计算的工件外表面畸变量与实测值进行了对比.结果表明,复杂薄壁壳体在淬火过程中,沿工件厚度方向温度分布不均匀,吊具底板对温度场有明显影响;工件淬火后残余应力和应变主要分布在球冠形罩子附近以及两个球冠形罩子之间的过渡段;有限元法计算的工件外表面畸变量与实测值基本吻合,从而验证了有限元模型.研究结果有助于复杂薄壁壳体淬火工艺制订及淬火应力和畸变规律的认识.

Abstract:The temperature and stress fields during quenching of the complex thin shell were numerically calculated with ANSYS finite element software.The numerically calculated distortion at outer surface of the workpieces was compared with the practically measured value.The results show that the temperature distribution along the workpieces thickness direction is not uniform during quenching,and the temperature field is affected obviously by the swing floor.The residual stress and strain in the workpieces mainly distribute near the sphere cover and the transition zone between them.The finite element method(FEM) calculated distortion at outer surface of the workpieces coincides with the practically measured value,hence verifies FEM model.The study results are helpful to designing of quenching process and understanding of quenching stress and distortion regularity for complex thin shell.
