脱硫系统塔底重沸器壳体应力腐蚀开裂分析

摘    要:采用化学成分、金相组织、断口形貌及腐蚀产物的能谱分析等方法分析了脱硫系统塔底重沸器产生裂纹的原因.结果表明,重沸器断口较平整,母材、焊缝的化学成分和金相组织正常,断口表面呈现沿晶开裂现象,部分区域还存在树枝状二次裂纹,开裂的原因是由于长期在富含H2S环境中及焊缝附近有较高的焊接残余应力,并提出了相应的防护和改进的措施.

Abstract:The stress corrosion crack causes of the reboiler cylinder served in sulphur removing system were analyzed by chemical composition,microstructure,fracture appearance and EDS of corrosion products.The results show that the crack surface is flat,the chemical compositions of the base material and welds are within the range of specifications,fracture surface appears intergranular brittle fracture and dendrite secondary crack exists partly.The reason of crack on reboiler cylinder welds is stress corrosion crack accelerated by the sensitive medium rich of H2S and high welding residual stress.Based on the cause analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures and improvements are suggested.
