| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于总线方式的热处理车间计算机监控系统的构成,论述了该系统的特点及功能.系统通过组态软件编制的上位机界面,在办公室随时可以了解整个车间所有热处理炉的工况,并能对每天的热处理任务进行调度.本套计算机监控系统的应用促进了热处理设备的更新换代,提升了热处理工艺水平,为工厂带来了可观的经济效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | The computer monitoring system based on bus-mastering for heat treatment workshop was introduced and its characteristics and performance were discussed. The work conditions of all heat treatment furnaces in whole workshop can be monitored in office at any moment through computer interfaces programmed by configuration software, and the heat treatment tasks can be dispatched in office everyday. The application of this system has promoted the updating of heat treatment equipments ,advanced the heat treatment technology and brought considerable economy and social benefits. |
