微机监控系统在不锈钢化学着色中的应用研究

摘    要:根据控制电位差的原理和实际经验开发出具有自身特色的不锈钢表面着色微机监控系统。详细介绍该系统控制原理、传感器的确定,以及其软件设计特点与创新。结果表明:本系统可以有效地控制彩色不锈钢的颜色,克服不锈钢着色重现性差的问题,同时为研究温度,添加剂和不锈钢预处理等因素对不锈钢化学着色的影响提供了更加方便和可靠的研究手段。

Abstract:Based on the potential control theory and the practical experience stainless steel surface coloring computer monitoring system was developed.The control theory,the determining of the sensor,its software design features and the innovations of the system were introduced in detail.The results show that the system can effectively control the coloring of stainless steel.Not only does it overcome the problems of poor reproducibility,but also it makes the research of coloring influences such as temperature,additiv...
