摘    要:本文介绍了激光立体成形过程中工艺参数对成型件质量的影响和实时监测反馈控制系统的研究现状,针对GS—TFL-10KW高功率横流CO2激光器,分别提出了关于激光功率和Z轴悬浮的两项闭环控制方案。

Abstract:The influence of the technological parameters on quality of the molded parts in the laser steric molding process and the current research situation of the real-time monitoring feedback control system are introduced in this paper. Aims at the GS-TFL-10KW high power transverse CO2 laser, it proposes two closed loop control schemes for the laser power and Z axis suspending respectively.
