摘    要:建立了通过变厚度筒壳把球壳与不等厚的筒壳相连接的不连续应力解析计算方法。该计算方法适用于削边过渡结构和堆焊过渡结构。对大连化学工业公司化肥厂从日本引进的某高压容器的应力进行了计算,并与文献[4]的有限元计算值作了对比。结果表明,双面削边结构可以进一步降低不连续应力。

Abstract:The analysis method which can calculate the stress of the changing wall thickness section connecting the sphere head and the cylinder shell with unequal wall thickness has been established.This calculating method is applicable to transition structure with chamfered edge and surfacing transition structure.The stresses at a high pressure container purchased from Japan for a Chemical Fertilizer Factory in Dalian Chemical Industry Company were calculated and compared with the values obtained from finite element calculation in literature .The results show that the structure with two side chamfered edge can further reduce uncontinuous stress.
