南水北调中线工程水源区丹江口市水土流失与防治对策

丹江口水库水源区水土保持生态环境建设是南水北调中线工程的基础和前提.本文以位于丹江口水库库首的丹江口市水土流失特点为基点,研究如何做好以保护南水北调中线水源质量为主要内容的水土保持生态建设工作,提出以筑建水土流失防治立体屏障、分区防治为主的对策.

Soil Erosion at the Source Zone of MRSNWT and Control Measures thereto

The eco-environment construction for water and soil conservation in Danjiangkou Reservoir, the source zone of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer (MRSNWT), is an important component of the Project. On the basis of the analysis on the features of soil erosion at Danjiangkou City at the head of the Danjiangkou Reservoir, the author studied the new control ideology guided by scientific development view under new situation, summarized experiences of erosion control, and proposed control measures to be implemented on the south and north zones of the Hanjiang River based on the soil erosion features, meanwhile, stresses were put on the preventive supervision, sector coordination, technical services and financing mechanism to achieve soil erosion control and water quality protection so as to realize sustainable use of water resources.
