摘    要:介绍了对中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦西石化分公司1987年投产的0.8 Mt/a馏分油催化裂化装置,采用两段提升管催化裂化工艺技术及扩能改造的情况,以及改造后的标定结果.通过对反应再生、分馏、吸收稳定、主风机-烟气轮机机组、脱硫、余热锅炉等部分的改造,装置在掺炼20%渣油又将加工能力由0.8 Mt/a提高到1.0 Mt/a的情况下,轻质油收率基本上达到改造前的水平,干气产率比改造前明显降低,柴油产率比改造前有大幅度提高.由于换热流程的优化以及与0.3 Mt/a气体分馏装置实现了热联合,装置的能耗大为降低.

Abstract:The 16,000 BPSD gas oil FCC unit which first came on stream in 1987 in Jinxi Petrochemical Co. , Ltd was revamped expand capacity with two-stage riser FCC process ( TSRFCC ). After the successful revamping of reaction-regeneration system, main fractionator, gas concentration section, main blower-flue gas expander, desulphurization section and waste heat boiler, the capacity has been increased to 20,000 BPSD. With 20% of AR in the feed, the light oil yield remains the same as before the revamp, the dry gas make is significantly reduced and the diesel yield is greatly improved. In addition, the optimized heat exchange train and heat integration of FCCU with 300,000 TPY gas fractionation unit have greatly reduced the energy consumption of the units.
