| 摘 要： | 针对以往的井口装置整体压力试验方式存在效率低、难控制和安全性差等问题 ,自行设计了一套能够试验多种规格型号井口装置的压力试验台。这种试验台由机械系统、液压系统和电器系统 3部分组成 ,它可完成多种型号井口装置的整体压力试验 ,试验过程完全实现自动化 ,提高安全性和工作效率。经对 2 0 0多套井口装置的测试 ,证明其性能稳定 ,效果明显 ,减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,提高了试压效率 ,安全性好。

| Abstract: | The old-fashioned wellhead pressure test method is low-efficient and unsafe and hard to control. Thereby a new hydraulic test system for the whole wellhead of various sizes is developed. The new test system consists of mechanical system and hydraulic system and electric system, which can carry out the pressure test of the whole wellhead automatically with high efficiency and high security. Tests of over 200 wellheads prove the new test system reliable. |
