吸湿排汗纤维棉有色涤纶混纺纱的研制

摘    要:探讨吸湿排汗涤纶纤维与精梳棉、有色涤纶混纺纱的纺纱技术.分析了吸湿排汗涤纶纤维混纺色纱的性能特点、用途及纱线规格设计要点.以CJ/T湿/T色蓝50/40/10 13 tex品种为例,介绍了在棉纺设备上生产吸湿排汗涤纶纤维多组分混纺色纱的关键工艺及技术措施.生产中通过合理选择混和方式,并针对容易产生的缠绕、挂花堵塞、断头及棉结、毛羽控制等问题优化配置工艺参数,采取技术措施,纺制的吸湿排汗涤纶纤维多组分混纺色纱条干好,毛羽少,质量稳定.

Abstract:Spinning technology of moisture absorption & sweat removing polyester fiber combed cotton colored polyester was discussed.Property speciality,application and yarn specification design points of blended yarn were analyzed.Taking CJ/T(moisture absorption & sweat removing fiber)/T(blue polyester) 50/40/10 13 tex as an example,key processing and technology measures in cotton spinning equipment were introduced.Through choosing reasonable blending way,processing parameters are optimized and technology measures are adopted according to the problems of winding,occlusion,broken ends,neps,hairiness and so on. blended yarn has better evenness,fewer hairiness and stable quality.
