| 摘 要： | 叙述了苎麻和山羊绒的性能,讨论了利用半精纺设备,加大对重点工艺技术攻关,开发出苎麻与山羊绒混纺比为50/50的针织纱产品.讨论了苎麻与山羊绒混纺针织纱的工艺流程,以及生产中应注意的问题和解决方法,同时介绍了苎麻与山羊绒混纺针织纱各开发工序的主要工艺参数,并对纱线的质量进行测量.阐述了生产难点,认为降低锡林、盖板和道夫速度、并条时采取定长络筒、提高粗纱捻度、细纱采用硬度大的胶辊,有利于成纱质量的提高.
