摘    要:提出了一种按几何位置关系进行变结构连杆机构系统动力学分析与设计的简明通用方法,为确定变结构连杆机构主辅运动驱动力、力矩大小及各运动副中的约束反力提供了一种具有一般适用性的方法与程式。以变结构连杆机构辅助运动最大瞬时驱动功率最小和辅助运动最大瞬时驱动功率与主运动最大瞬时驱动功率之比的最大值最小为目标函数,给出了其动力学优化设计一具体实例。

Abstract:In this paper, the concise and available method of dynamics analysis and design for a varistructure linkage is derived on the basis of geometric configuration of a varistructure linkage. By means of the method, it is simple and convenient for solving the main driving power, the auxiliary driving power or the dynamic reaction forces of a varistructure linkage. From this, an example of optimization design for a varistructure linkage is given. Its object function is taking the maximum instantaneous value of the auxiliary driving power as minimum or taking the ratio between the maximum instantaneous value of the auxiliary driving power and the maximum instantaneous value of the main driving power as minimum.
