According to the problems,including the unfamiliarity of the engineering technical personnel in the property of the bars and the insufficiency of the concrete section caused by no calculation on the proportion of the concrete section in the replacement of the reinforcing steel bars,the paper indicates the issues,such as the material property of the cold-rolled ribbed steel wire and bars,the design of the bars' application and construction,in order to be helpful to the right use of the reinforcing steel bars.
