摘    要:在改进的舰船柴-燃联合动力装置(CODOG)实验台上,对主机切换监控系统的硬件组成和软件进行设计,介绍了主机切换过程中瞬时扭矩,瞬时转速和三S离合器中间滑移位移信号的测量系统,并给出一部分实验结果,通过初步研究得出主机切换过程中很短的时间就可完成,冲击扭矩也在允许范围内,进一步证明提高整个系统在动力方面的机动性是可行的。

Abstract:The designs of hardware constitute and software of the monitor and control system for the main engine changeover on the improved combined diesel or gas turbine power plant experiment rig, and the measurement system of instantaneous torque?instantaneous rotating speed and S.S.S. clutch displacement signal for the main engine changeover are diseussed, and portion of experiment results is given. The main engine changeover process can be completed in a short while in a pilot study, whiou proves further that the improve mant of the maneuverability of the power plant as a whole is feasible.
